Back to the name
From whence my seed came.
To grow and spread my limbs,
To birth and experience many things.
With a burden of honour and past on my back,
And my lineage under foot,
I’ll carry both my future potential
And past actual into who I
Now choose to be:
I am that which I am.
Like Father like son,
You are the one I’m descended from.
I accept this passed down crown,
And throw off the others I have found.
For I am your progeny grown
And from my responsibilities I have not flown.
Flock together for we are our own fruit,
As I feed my blood to my ancestral root.
